I. Inspection of raw materials and aging

Incoming component detection: test capacitors, resistors, inductors, triodes, etc., and perform ultrasonic cleaning to avoid white fog and short circuits on the glass after the camera works. After cleaning all the movements, power boards, and light boards, they must be aged for 8 hours in a professional high and low temperature box under high temperature of 70 degrees and low temperature of -50 degrees to ensure the stability of the movement, power board and lamp board. Infrared lens

  1. The infrared lens used by our company has different light path designs (spectral range 400-860mm) and different optical paths (different glass slides for accurate imaging); meanwhile, it adopts special coating and mechanical structure to suppress useless light. The lens is not recommended to switch to other brands; nor is it recommended that customers replace it by themselves. To change the lens focal length in engineering, you can only change the whole machine.   2. Due to the structural characteristics of traditional infrared lenses, a lubricant is required for lubrication during focusing. This lubricant is affected by the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. When the temperature reaches a certain level, this lubricant will volatilize. As a result, the focal length of the lens is not accurate, and the image appears blurred. In order to solve this problem, the company successfully developed a brand new spring lens after long-term research and repeated experiments, which completely solved the phenomenon of the lens out of focus without affecting the normal imaging of the camera.
